Faith Marthe

Faith Marthe is the Director of Outreach and Technology at the Community Action Partnership of North Dakota (CAPND). With a profound dedication to leveraging technology for social impact, Faith provides training and technical support to Community Action staff across North Dakota, ensuring that they are equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to drive positive change.  In addition, she hosts a monthly Tech Talk to Community Action staff who are a part of the Region 8 RPIC where staff can learn more about a variety of technology-related topics in a casual, judgement-free atmosphere.

In her role, Faith leads the management of CAPND's online presence, overseeing the organization's website, social media platforms, and monthly newsletters. Her strategic approach to digital communication enables CAPND to effectively engage with stakeholders, disseminate valuable information, and foster meaningful connections within the community.

Faith lives in Fargo, North Dakota with her son and three beloved feline companions.  Outside of her professional endeavors, Faith can be found curled up with a good book or perusing the shelves at the local bookstores with a Diet Coke in hand.  From camping and hiking to checking new cities, Faith enjoys traveling and is always on the lookout for her next big adventure
