Holly Papineau, CCAP

Holly Papineau, the program director for CAPND, is responsible for administering the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program across all 53 counties in North Dakota, as well as assisting the state association with special initiatives. Before working at CAPND, Holly was the SSVF lead case manager at South Eastern North Dakota Community Action Agency (SENDCAA) working with low-income Veteran families experiencing homelessness or at-risk of homelessness. In 2019, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Science from North Dakota State University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Minot State University. In May 2023, Holly graduated from University of North Dakota with a Master’s Degree in Social Work. In 2022, she became a Certified Community Action Professional.

Holly is originally from a small ranch in Sidney, Montana, but came to Fargo, North Dakota to pursue her education and decided to stay! She currently resides in West Fargo with her significant other, their dog Henry, and two cats, Fiona and Frank. Holly has a strong passion for working with families experiencing poverty and hopes to continue working towards a better tomorrow.
