Mission Statement: Dakota Prairie Community Action Agency exists to empower families and individuals to increase self sufficiency and improve their quality or life through achievement of personal goals.
Dakota Prairie Community Action Agency (DPCAA)is one of seven Community Action Agencies (CAAs) operating in North Dakota. CAAs develop programs and provide services that are designed to assist low income and disadvantaged households to address unmet needs. Activities are designed to assist individuals and families to become less dependent on government. We serve the residents of Ramsey, Rolette, Eddy, Towner, Benson, and Cavalier Counties.
